What is our reality - I explain the true nature of our reality in this article
The true nature of the human body (and reality around us)
We are in the simplest of terms, energy. That is what people refer to when they talk about 'auras' (which absolutely exist). That is why electromagnetic fields effect us and the rest of the reality we live in. Radiation wouldn't effect anything if we were not fundamentally an energy frequency. What you decode into your reality as physical is not at all in the truth of it. Hypnotists are able to hack into the sub-conscious mind and make the person they hypnotise become 'blind' to certain objects or people. The way they are able to do that is quite simple: the only reason why we are able to see things (people etc) is because our mind is programmed to decode that waveform field into a physical object. But break the code and guess what; you can't see something that doesn't exist in the first place (our 'physical' world).
It is a known fact that humanity can only see a very narrow band of frequency called visible light. While in reality there is so much more in the universe that we cannot see. There are people all across the world who can do things that seem supernatural. For instance monks who alter their consciousness (break the matrix simulation we live in) to believe that fiery hot coals are not hot. They then walk on the hot coals and to most people's shock, they don't feel the pain of the coals or get burnt. This is just a very simple example of someone breaking the matrix type illusion we live in. Illusory heat cant burn an illusion unless our perception allows it to. Perception is everything and if you change your perception you change your reality.
This also refers to 'illness':
"I am ill, I am going to suffer, I am going to die" - That person will follow whatever perception he chooses to follow. I say break the illusion of illness: "Thank you for telling me that I am going wrong, I will change, I love you, everything is perfect just as it should be" - Change your perception of illness and everything else follows. People call what I have just described, the placebo phenomena. This phenomena is explained perfectly in what I have just described.
A holographic universe explains nearly all paranormal experiences. What are ghosts for instance? They are just two realties interacting with one another. You are the 'ghost' to the 'ghost'.
The fear of death and why it is nothing to be afraid about
What I have just explained also refers to death. If our reality is a matrix holographic simulation then what is death? Death is nothing to be afraid about, death is simply escaping the illusion that we live in. I have read countless near-death experiences and not one of them wanted to come back. Please don't get me wrong; I am not saying go and jump off a cliff because death is nothing to fear. That would be completely wrong, we are on this planet for a reason and when it is our time to die it is our time to die. What I am trying to say is that over the countless near-death experiences I have read all of them realised that everything that we as a society do and worship is an illusion. In these experiences they have a constant theme of realising that:
"All Higher Selves are connected as one being. All humans are connected as one being."
That realisation that we have a higher self that is connecting to a higher consciousness explains so much. This would explain the countless 'coincidences' that occur just on a day to day bases. It is not a 'coincidence' it is a synchronicity.
When we realise that we are all one connected consciousness everything else doesn't matter. Money, ego, race, religion, sexuality, it is all an illusion designed to trap you in this 5 sense prison.
The point of this section of the book is to make you realise that illness is just caused by some form of imbalance. Whether that takes the form of a toxic imbalance or an emotional or energetic imbalance; it is just the bodies way of dealing with an imbalance. When you come to realise that death is nothing to fear, are you going to be scared when someone says you have to live in an imaginary box because of some 'virus' that might kill you? Of course not. The only reason why you are afraid of death is because you don't know what it is. But if you just forget it exists how would your life be?
And on that note I will leave the rest up to you to decide...
